How It Works

If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund, please self-ship the product within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with all tags attached. You may use the original packaging or any secure mailer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping, as Banera is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during transit.


Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer hassle-free exchanges.

  • Once we receive the product, the replacement will be shipped within 7–8 days.
  • You may exchange for any item of equal or higher value.
  • If the chosen item is out of stock, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

  • If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you may request it when returning the product.
  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund

  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • All original tags and receipts are intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products (custom size, color, length, etc.)
  • Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Defective or Incorrect Products
