If you need to make an exchange, please send the product back to us within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with all tags attached. You can use a mailer or the packaging we provided.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, our team will process the exchange request according to our guidelines.

You can exchange your product for any other item of equal or higher value. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a credit note valid for 3 months.

  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
